DM standard type die-casting machine
series are designed according to the die-casting
machine standard of the famous manufacturers in
Japan. For 7 models, from 140 to 800 ton, the performance
and reliability are at the leading position in China.
The main technical parameters are at the same level
of the similar advanced die-casting machines imported.
They are used to produce the high performance die
castings in automobile, motorcycle, hardware and
electronics etc. The main performance and characteristics

Excellent injection performance:
The injection system is featured with high reliability
and stability. The processing parameters are adjustable
in wide range. The injection speed and pressure
are divided into 4 levels so as to control respectively
the fast and boosting power accumulators. The boosting
system can be triggered by position or pressure,
so that the injection system has high injection
energy and stable boosting performance. The injection
speed is higher than 8m/s. The boosting time is
less than 15ms.

Reliable control system and man-machine
interface:
Japan Omron PLC control system is adopted so as
to guarantee stable and fast production, as well
as safe, reliable and accurate control. The processing
parameters can be set on the touch screen. PLC control
system includes the functions of production capacity
management, fault diagnosis as well as multi moulds
parameters storage. The operation is direct and
simple.

Super rigid design:
The column rack, templets and hoisting system are
checked by finite element analysis, and the reliability
design is conducted according to Europe standard,
featured with logical stress distribution, less
distortion, high clamping accuracy, product quality
guaranteed and accurate dimension. The super large
mold can be used to produce large variety of products.

Reliable lubrication system
Hoisting system adopts centralized auto lubrication
system. The man-machine interface is used to set
lubrication frequency. The timing and measured lubrication,
lubrication trouble warning function ensure the
machine precision and increase the service life.

electric parts
The famous brand and high performance electric parts
and hydraulic elements from Europe and Japan are
used so as to guarantee that the control system
and hydraulic system are stable, reliable and durable.
